Dr. Amy is a dedicated pediatric Doctor of Physical Therapy and the creative mind behind The Milestone Mentor. With a profound passion for helping children overcome torticollis, she has become a trusted expert in the field. Dr. Amy is also passionate about supporting little one’s through their milestone journey with symmetry and ease.

From the countless number of frustrated caregivers that Dr. Amy has worked with, she is driven by a deep understanding of the challenges faced by these little ones and their families. Dr. Amy’s innovative approach combines purposeful play and specialized techniques, with a large focus on parent education so that you understand the WHY behind what’s going on and how to take the next best step CONFIDENTLY!

Dr. Amy has been practicing since 2015 and has recently added Fascial Therapy (CFT - Gillespie Approach) to her practice.

Mrs. Natalie Craig

Natalie is a NICU nurse with 7 years of experience, a mama to two sweet boys, and someone who deeply understands the value of bodywork and root-cause healing. Her youngest son, Owen, is her “why”—his journey through colic, oral ties, CFT, and therapy inspired her to help other families feel informed, supported, and empowered.

Natalie has completed her Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) training and will be working directly under Dr Amy. She will be offering CFT sessions for all ages.

!!! Please note: Natalie will only be providing CFT services. She will not be providing physical therapy services for diagnosis specific concerns. Although CFT can greatly assist, she will not be addressing diagnosis specific treatment plans.
